Yellow Tea
Yellow teas are semi fermented teas, this kind of tea only produce in China. Semi fermented tea mostly made in Hunan, Anhui and Zheijiang, smaller amounts are produced in Sichuan and Jiangxi. So, yellow tea is a Chinese traditional tea.
To produce yellow tea, is a use small leaf green tea bush. Green tea production by quickly dried after firing, while yellow teas are piled and partially fermented after firing and then ready drying process, in order to remove grassy and sharp notes common in green tea.
